Kranovo. Casa dell’Eleganza officially opens its doors in Kranovo this May, marking a significant addition to Northern Black Sea’s tourism and event scene. The multi-functional complex, featuring a striking event hall and hotel segment, is already generating considerable interest among wedding planners, conference organizers, and those arranging special events.

“Our new project, Casa dell’Eleganza, a multi-functional event hall and hotel segment, has been created with great passion, dedication, and love by the entire Casa di Fiore team. It is our new project in Kranovo, right next to the beach. After long planning, we are thrilled that it is now fully completed. We will welcome our first guests and events at the end of May,” shared Antonia Sarafova, Marketing and Sales Manager at Casa di Fiore SPA & Medical 5*.

The new venue impresses with a modern vision, scale, and functionality. Spanning 800 square meters, it can accommodate up to 500 guests and offers various configurations to suit different types of events. “Casa dell’Eleganza is something unique and exciting, not only for Northern Black Sea but for Bulgaria. The space has been designed with careful thought and attention to every detail. The hall can be divided into smaller sections, making it suitable for large weddings, concerts, conferences, seminars, and private events,” explained Sarafova.

The complex is equipped with high-quality technical systems, including audio systems, stage lighting, smoke and special effects, as well as two large LED screens. “We are exceptionally flexible regarding organization and catering. Quality and personal service remain our top priority,” she emphasized.

The official opening of Casa dell’Eleganza will be marked with an exclusive boutique concert by the legend Liliana Ivanova on June 17. “It is a great honor for us to be hosting this grand event. The concept is for an intimate experience with a limited number of guests who can truly appreciate the atmosphere and the performance by Liliana Ivanova and her team. We are expecting a world-class evening,” said Sarafova.

The new complex will also offer the possibility of beach rituals and celebrations in a spacious garden with panoramic sea views. “We have prepared various options and configurations to ensure every wedding is completely unique and special. We have a beautiful garden, sea views, and the possibility of rituals on the beach itself. This is truly a romantic and exclusive concept,” she added.

The hotel section of Casa dell’Eleganza features 53 rooms, including six one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments.
