For those seeking a more individual experience, single spots are available for approximately €250, while other group options range between €350 and €1,200, according to RTVE.

Most of these listings are concentrated in the Eixample district, particularly near the Sagrada Familia, where a massive influx of pilgrims and tourists is anticipated. The rental periods typically last between two and three hours, allowing visitors to watch the papal motorcade pass by. Some owners require a 50% deposit upfront to secure the booking.

Authorities and media outlets have issued warnings regarding potential scams associated with these informal private arrangements. Citizens are advised to verify the identity of advertisers and exercise extreme caution when making advance payments. In response to the expected crowds, Barcelona city officials have announced the establishment of a nine-block security zone around the basilica.
