Zvezda's young basketball team has received a special invitation to the EuroLeague Under-18 final tournament, but their performance has been disappointing. They concluded the competition with three straight losses in the group stage. This time, they were defeated by Žalgiris with a significant 115-95 score.

Challenges in the Youth Category

For some time now, Zvezda has faced significant challenges with their youth categories, not being among the best in Serbia. This issue is also becoming apparent in the senior team's performance.

Individual Performances

Although Zvezda didn't manage to qualify through the tournament, they received a special invitation and were defeated three times. In this particular game, Žalgiris maintained a 20-point lead, resulting in a final score of 115-95. The most efficient player for Zvezda was Aleksej Nedeljković with 25 points, followed by Novak Pavlović with 20 and Luka Živojinović with 13. For Žalgiris, Dovidas Jakstonis and Nojus Mistautas each contributed 20 points.

The group B standings show Barcelona and NextGen with two wins each, Žalgiris with one win, and Zvezda with no wins.
