Gabrijel Veočić shone at the 36th Croatian Individual Championship in Slavonski Brod, securing his 16th championship title. The 25-year-old Brod local, who was making his first appearance in front of his home crowd, demonstrated exceptional dominance. Veočić won the final in the light-middleweight category by outclassing Šim Morović from Leonard Zagreb. Despite taking two knockdowns, Morović bravely endured all three rounds of Veočić's onslaught.

Veočić showcased his full arsenal of boxing skills to the crowd, highlighting why he is among the top contenders in the world light-middleweight category. Petar Krešimir Knežević from Sveti Donat Zadar was named the best coach for the second consecutive year, having won his ninth Croatian championship title in the middleweight category up to 75 kg. Knežević faced no opponent in the final as the vice-champion, Valentino Florijanić from Varaždin, was unable to compete due to a serious eye injury sustained in the previous two matches in Vijuš.

The toughest match of the tournament was between heavyweight Petar Leskur from Grom Split and Zvonimir Rebolj from Osijek. Leskur, the former champion up to 85 kg, won a split decision 4-1 against Rebolj, who was the champion up to 90 kg. Both fighters showed no mercy, landing heavy blows until the end. Leskur, now training in Salona, took home the new championship title.

The Slavonians again dominated the "home" championship in Brod, with several local victories. Ivica Arbanas (55 kg), Filip Poturović (65 kg), and Luka Pratljačić (over 90 kg) all triumphed. Two gold medals were secured by BK Sveti Donat Zadar: Knežević and Fabijan Tomkić (70 kg). Antonio Grabić (Leonardo Zagreb) won the championship in the up to 85 kg category, while Patrik Licul (Pula) reclaimed the title in the 60 kg category.

The women's finals saw new champions Tajana Koščak (Omega Box Varaždin) and Lucija Ščrbec (Titan Gym Zagreb) emerge victorious.
