Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan welcomed the Galatasaray football team and coaching staff at the Dolmabahçe Office of the Presidency. The meeting took place with the club celebrating its 26th Super Lig title in the 2025-2026 season.

Galatasaray Chairman Dursun Özbek and the players attended the meeting with President Erdoğan, who congratulated the yellow and red team on their championship victory.

During the reception, Chairman Özbek presented President Erdoğan with a Galatasaray jersey as a gift. Also present were Youth and Sports Minister Osman Aşkın Bak, Presidential Communications Director Burhanettin Duran, and President’s Chief Advisor on Foreign Policy and Security, Akif Çağatay Kılıç.
