The final minutes saw the teams tied at 64-61 in favor of the Lithuanian team. Regular time ended in a tie (80-80), sending the game into overtime, where "the Fenerbahçe" claimed the win for Greece.
Valencia also secured a decisive victory, defeating Panathinaikos 89-86 in Athens, pushing the series to a deciding fifth game. In the first ten minutes, the home team trailed 15-26, and by halftime, the score was 44-37 in favor of the visitors. The Spanish team entered the final quarter with a four-point lead (60-56) and managed to secure the win after a dramatic final few minutes.
