Today marks the grand finale of the Eurovision Song Contest, with Srbija being represented by the band Lavina under the number 9. Interestingly, this is the same number under which some of the most successful Eurovision stars of recent years have performed.

The lead singer of Lavina, Luka Aranđelović, delivered a memorable performance, ending with the call, "Scream for me, Europe!" The performance was noted for its energy, drama, and the strong reaction of the audience in the arena.

Swedish singer Loren won the contest in 2023 with the song "Tattoo," also performing under number 9, while last year Austrian representative JJ also used the same number and won.

Many Eurovision fans have already commented that the number 9 might bring a special kind of luck on the big stage. Whether this is mere coincidence or a real Eurovision tradition, we will see tonight.

One thing is certain – Lavina is performing under a number that has traditionally been reserved for winners. Srbija hopes that this number 9 might bring a historic result for our representative.

"Scream for me, Europe!"

The lead singer of Lavina, Luka Aranđelović, who wore a costume weighing 20 kilograms in the first semi-final, delivered an unforgettable performance. The show started with blue lighting, and as Luka approached the camera, the atmosphere reached its peak. At the end of the performance, he shouted, "Scream for me, Europe!"

In translation, Luka's call was: "Vrišti za mene, Evropo!"

This powerful shout at the Eurovision finale perfectly encapsulated their energetic performance and sparked a collective euphoria in the hall.

In addition to this now legendary shout, their performance from the 15th starting position will also be remembered for the drama that unfolded immediately after their performance.
