Serbian sailors achieved a significant success by winning three medals at the international regatta EurILCA Europe Cup held in Constanta, Romania. This competition brought together sailors from numerous European countries, with the regatta taking place under challenging conditions on the Black Sea.
Gold for Kristina Boja in ILCA 6 Class
Kristina Boja secured a gold medal in the ILCA 6 class, dominating the regatta throughout. She achieved four victories in individual races and finished the competition with just four net points after five races.
Silver and Bronze in ILCA 7 Class
The Serbian team also performed exceptionally in the ILCA 7 class. Andrej Bozoki secured first place, while Nenad Zakić took second place in the overall standings. Bozoki completed the regatta with six net points, including three race victories. Zakić collected nine net points with one victory. In the same class, Relja Milovanović secured fifth place in the overall standings.
In the ILCA 4 class, Veljko Simonović took fourth place overall and second place in the boys' competition. Lina Burčul placed 15th overall in the ILCA 4 class and sixth in the girls' competition, gaining valuable international experience in tough European competition.
