The Serbian Cycling Federation has awarded the "Velo" Cycling Club of Novi Sad the organization of the national championships for senior cyclists under 23, men, and women via a tender. The championships will take place on May 23 and 24, 2026, in Čelarevo and Novi Sad.
The first race, a time trial, will take place on May 23, 2026, in Čelarevo. Participants will start at intervals and aim to complete the designated course from Čelarevo to Gajdobra and back in the shortest time possible.
The second race, a road race, will take place on May 24, 2026, in Novi Sad. Participants will start together and race a predetermined number of laps around a circular course on Bulevar Evrope, between the roundabouts on Kornelija Stankovića and Rumenačka streets.
The event is expected to attract around 160 cyclists from clubs across Europe and Serbia, making it a significant sporting event in the region.
