The Premier League's final round of fixtures on Sunday will decide the fates of several clubs.

While Arsenal clinched their first league title in 23 years, the season's final day will determine the remaining European qualification places and the final relegation spot.

At the top, the Gunners, Manchester City, and Manchester United have secured Champions League spots and will finish in the top three. Aston Villa has also qualified for the Champions League, but the result of Wednesday's Europa League final and their final league position will influence the number of English clubs in the Champions League next season.

At the bottom, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley are already relegated to the Championship. One of Tottenham or West Ham will join them in the lower league.

Here is a look at what is still at stake on the final day of the season.

Champions League Qualification

Aston Villa's Europa League result against Freiburg will determine the exact number of English clubs in the Champions League. England has won one of two Elite Performance Spots (EPS) for next season's Champions League, securing five Premier League clubs in the competition. Spain has also guaranteed five clubs.

If Villa wins the Europa League and finishes fifth, it could result in six English clubs qualifying for the Champions League. Currently, Villa are fourth, three points clear of Liverpool. For Liverpool to overtake Villa, they would need to beat Brentford and hope Villa loses to Manchester City.

Fans of Bournemouth and Brighton also hope for this scenario. Bournemouth need a point at Nottingham Forest to guarantee a top-six finish, while Brighton need a win to secure Europa League football.

Europa League Qualification

If English clubs do not get six Champions League spots, only seventh place would qualify for the Europa League. Currently, Brighton are seventh and have a one-point advantage over Chelsea and Brentford.

A win for Brighton would guarantee them Europa League football, but if they fail to win and Chelsea win at Sunderland, the Blues could overtake Brighton. Chelsea can also overtake Brighton with a draw if Brighton lose by two goals and Brentford fail to win at Anfield.
