Partizan has advanced to the ABA League final after securing a 2-0 victory in the series against Red Star. The final game, played in the "Aleksandar Nikolić" hall, was won by Partizan 89-78.
From the start, Partizan controlled the game and dictated the pace for most of the match. Red Star managed to close the gap in the final minutes but did not have enough strength to turn the game around.
Spectator Incidents
Several unusual chants were heard at the Little Kalemegdan, including calls for the Red Star management to leave. The absence of Red Star's president, Željko Drčelić, in the second half further heightened tensions.
Supporters also cheered for Serbian representatives Ognjen Dobrić and Dejan Davidovac, while Red Star fans directed their anger towards coach Saša Obradović with chants of "Saša is leaving."
Fan Outburst
What couldn't be seen on television was an incident where Žofri Lovernj "lost control" due to the frequent taunts from Red Star supporters aimed at the Partizan basket. In one moment, he stood up and decided to retaliate, causing an object to be thrown back onto the stands.
