Železničar from Pančeva, known as Dizelka, had an exceptional season, securing their first-ever European qualification through the Conference League.
The team has two representatives in the Serbian SuperLiga's best eleven: goalkeeper Mirko Milikić and wing player Silvester Džasper, who joined the club this summer after playing for Fulham, Bristol Rovers, and Schalke.
Džasper played 31 games in the Serbian SuperLiga this season, scoring seven goals and providing six assists. He also expressed his gratitude in Serbian:
- Thank you to everyone who mentioned my name, thank you for being in this team in Pančeva, thank you to all the coaches, my team, and the club directors, I was there for them and they for me, thank you to my girlfriend and friends, thank you to all of you who are here, thank you very much, said Silvester Džasper.
