Luxurious 25m² studio apartments are now available for sale on Kopaonik, a popular Serbian mountain resort, for €60,000. The studio is part of a new development in the Vikend Naselje complex, located on the fifth floor with an elevator, a terrace, a bathroom, and an outdoor parking spot. Heating and hot water are provided by a boiler.
The owner of the apartment, Petar, who advertised it on the Dijaspora.online portal, mentions that there is an option to exchange the property for one in Belgrade with a supplementary payment.
Kopaonik is one of the most visited winter centers in the region, alongside Zlatibor. Known as the Sunny Mountain due to having the most sunny days in a year, the climate is conducive to the development of summer tourism as well. During the summer months, visitors can enjoy the natural beauty, fresh air, and captivating views.
The mountain has invested heavily in ski tourism, boasting 67 kilometers of ski trails, suitable for both alpine and Nordic skiing. For alpine skiing, there are around 30 trails, including three night-lit trails: Malo Jezero, Karaman Greben, and Pancic Vrh.
