Serbian tennis player Teodora Kostović has secured a dominant victory over American Elizabeth Mandlik to advance to the second round of the Roland Garros qualifiers. Kostović, currently ranked 176th in the WTA rankings, won the match 6-2, 6-2 in just 56 minutes. In the first set, Kostović broke early and although Mandlik managed to level at 2-2, Kostović regained control and won the set with two breaks. In the second set, Kostović quickly gained a two-break advantage and maintained her lead until the end.
To reach the final round of qualifiers, Kostović will face the winner of the match between Italian Nuria Brancaccio and Spanish player Keitlyn Kevedo.
