Former NBA point guard Miloš Teodosić and Serbian actress Jelisaveta Oršanin are ending their marriage. The couple, who tied the knot in 2017, have two children together: daughter Petra and son Bogdan. According to reports from Blic, the separation is amicable, with both parties committed to maintaining a strong co-parenting relationship.

Their path to marriage was notably swift. Oršanin has previously opened up about the whirlwind nature of their union. In an appearance on the talk show "TV lica kao sav normalan svet," she revealed that the couple had met only 18 times before deciding to wed. The 19th meeting was the wedding itself.

Oršanin shared that she was initially hesitant about changing her surname, a point of discussion when marriage first entered their conversations. She explained that she eventually adopted her husband's last name to ensure the family shared a unified identity, rather than having the children and husband share one name while she retained another.

Meeting the Family on the Big Day

The rapid timeline meant that Oršanin did not have the chance to get to know Teodosić's relatives before the ceremony. She humorously recalled the moment she met his family members at the wedding reception.

"When the group photos were taken, Miloš would say, 'This is my aunt, this is my brother,' and I would respond, 'Nice to meet you, I'm Jelisaveta,'" she said. Despite the lack of prior introductions, Orshanin described their connection as love at first sight, emphasizing that no outside interference played a role in their decision to marry.

Co-Parenting and Future Ventures

Despite the end of their marriage, Teodosić and Oršanin remain on good terms. Both are dedicated to their children and coordinate closely on all matters regarding Petra and Bogdan's upbringing. The separation marks the end of a chapter that began with a spontaneous romance but has evolved into a structured partnership focused on family stability.

Meanwhile, Teodosić continues to expand his business interests in his hometown. He recently purchased real estate in Valjevo, signaling his intention to build a local business empire. Oršanin continues her acting career, often sharing glimpses of her life with her children on social media.
