Erdogan Condemns Israel's Intervention

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned Israel's intervention against the "messengers of hope" and called for the international community to oppose Israel's actions. The Global Sumud flotilla departed from southern Turkey on Thursday in a third attempt to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, following previous interventions and blockades by Israeli forces.

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs has warned that it will not allow any breach of the maritime blockade on Gaza and has urged all participants to return to their home ports.
