The Historic Acropolis Rally 2026 Regularity is approaching, with over 40 entries already confirmed for this year's event. The competition, set to take place from May 22 to 24, marks the third round of the Greek National Regularity Championship.

The significance of participation extends beyond the number of entries. With a coefficient of 2.5, the event offers increased scoring value for those who excel. For drivers and co-drivers, precision in maintaining the Average Speed and endurance over the long distance will be crucial.

In Regularity, speed is not the key to victory. Entries must pass through hidden time-keeping checkpoints as close as possible to the ideal time. Each deviation incurs penalties and can alter the standings.

Historic Route with Demands

The route for this year's rally focuses on areas distant from the usual highlights of the Acropolis Rally. Agrafa, Argitheia, Acheloos, and Vrachos will be at the center, with passages through points linked to the old history of the Greek rally.

The start will be given on Friday, May 22, at 13:00 at the Lamia International Exhibition. The first leg covers 248 kilometers. On Saturday, the entries will depart from Lake Plastira for 350 kilometers, while on Sunday, they will cover an additional 394 kilometers until the finish under the Holy Vrachos of the Acropolis.

In total, the program includes 26 accuracy tests. There, it will be determined which entries will best combine pace, concentration, and proper teamwork inside the car.

The Technical and Administrative Control for entries from Attica will take place on Wednesday, May 20, at the IKTEO Kombos Amarousiou. For the remaining entries, the process will occur on Friday, May 22, at the Lamia International Exhibition, before the start of the competition.
