The third friendly match between the Serbian and Russian men's boxing teams, originally scheduled for May 29, 2026, at the "Lagator" hall in Loznica, has been postponed to a later date in the calendar year due to injuries sustained by several Serbian representatives.
Currently, Rastko Simić, Jovan Nikolić, Dimitri Gorbenko, Artur Nagapetian, and Marko Pižurica are dealing with injuries, making it impossible for the Serbian team's coaching staff to field a complete roster for the upcoming duel.
The decision to postpone was made jointly, with the agreement of the organizers and representatives of both teams, prioritizing the health of the athletes and maintaining the quality of the event.
