Reconstruction of the Murder of Aleksandar Nešović
The incident began around 11 PM on May 12 when Nešović arrived at the "Restoran 27" in his black armored BMW X7. He was invited to this meeting by the former chief of the Belgrade police, Veselin Milić, who suggested they resolve their differences without security.
Upon arrival, Nešović noticed the vehicles used by the suspects and initially decided not to enter the restaurant, informing a friend of his decision. However, after a phone call with Saša V, with whom he had a previous dispute, Nešović returned ten minutes later, entering the restaurant and sitting with Saša V, Mario S, and Veselin Milić.
Following the discussion, it is suspected that Saša V fired several shots at Nešović. The pistol used in the shooting was provided by Danka V, who handed it to Mario S, who then passed it to Saša V upon their arrival at the restaurant.
After the shooting, the suspects fled with the help of Dejan S, who transported them to various locations including Šapac, Lake Dobrodol, and finally Stara Pazova. Nešović's whereabouts were reported by his girlfriend, who had last heard from him at the restaurant.
The police responded to the call and discovered the scene, where traces of blood were found, as well as two 9mm shell casings. Nešović's mobile phone was also found at the scene.
