Fenerbahçe Beko, the EuroLeague's reigning champions, will face Olympiakos in the first semifinal match of the Four Corners tournament in Athens today. The match, scheduled to start at 6:00 PM, will be hosted at the Telekom Center. The second semifinal match between Real Madrid and Valencia is set for 9:00 PM.

Historic Bid for Fenerbahçe Beko

This is the third consecutive and eighth overall appearance for Fenerbahçe Beko in the Four Corners finals. They have reached the final five times. Having won their first championship in the 2016-17 season and achieving the title again last year in Abu Dhabi, Fenerbahçe Beko is aiming for back-to-back titles and a third overall. If they win the trophy in Athens, they will become the first club in European basketball history to achieve the championship in both men's and women's leagues in the same season.

Coach and Player Comments

Fenerbahçe Beko Head Coach Sarunas Jasikevicius, at a press conference before the tournament, stated, "If we can achieve back-to-back championships, it would be truly amazing. This is something that is up for debate. Winning is really difficult, and we are thinking about how we can accomplish this." Nando De Colo, a Fenerbahçe player, commented, "This is the final season of my career. I want to enjoy the taste of the Four Corners final."
