The big transfer fiasco is back at FCSB as Dennis Politic returns from a failed loan to Hermannstadt. The club leadership confirmed that the player will return to the red-and-blue group, particularly as he has a substantial salary. Politic's stint at Hermannstadt was not successful, with the left-wing offensive midfielder often sidelined due to injuries, leaving coach Dorinel Munteanu unable to rely heavily on his services.

The loan of Dennis Politic to Hermannstadt did not augur well for the player, who has continually faced significant medical issues. The latest injury in March has kept him off the field. With coach Dorinel Munteanu having limited time to use him, the club leadership decided to send him back to FCSB this summer.

This decision is primarily due to the player's high salary of 20,000 euros per month, half of which is borne by the Sibiu shareholders. "He's on loan from FCSB, he will return there. No, we won't consider another loan, his salary is too high, we're sharing it with FCSB," Claudiu Rotar told Sport.ro.

Gigi Becali, the financier of FCSB, remembers the nearly two million euro cost of acquiring Dennis Politic, one million in cash and another in exchange for Alexandru Musi. Becali admits he was misled by the leadership of the rival Dinamo club and now struggles to find a way to get rid of the former captain of his rivals.

In the spring, Politic was close to a temporary transfer to Greece, but it fell through at the last minute, leading him to Sibiu. "There will be a major cleanup this year at FCSB. Someone says I haven't invested. How haven't I invested? Dennis Politic cost me almost two million! If Dinamo had the intelligence and I didn't, I would have taken it in stride!" Gigi Becali stated to DigiSport.
