Eyüpspor Secures Süper Lig Spot with Strong Finish

Eyüpspor, one of the teams in the Süper Lig, secured its place in the league for the 2025-2026 season. The team finished 15th after 34 matches, with eight wins, nine draws, and 17 losses, accumulating 33 points.

In the first 29 weeks of the season, Eyüpspor managed only five wins, seven draws, and 17 losses, totaling 22 points. However, in the final five matches, they achieved three wins and two draws, adding 11 points and securing their place in the league.

The team managed to score 33 goals but conceded 48, leading to a precarious position in the league.

17 Weeks on the Brink of Relegation

Eyüpspor's inconsistent performance throughout the Süper Lig season meant that the team spent much of the season in the relegation zone. Under the management of Selçuk Şahin and later Orhan Ak, the Istanbul representative spent 17 of the 34 weeks in the relegation zone.
