Tickets available on iaBilet.ro
The Festival's Unique Concept
Between July 3 and 12, 2026, Bucharest will once again host the internationally acclaimed EUROPAfest, one of Europe's premier live music festivals. Now in its 33rd edition, the festival offers a unique blend of four major genres: jazz, blues, pop, and classical music. This year, the focus is on jazz, with performances by artists from 14 countries including France, Italy, Ireland, Canada, Israel, the United States, Poland, Australia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Peru, South Korea, and Romania. The event showcases the festival's commitment to international collaboration and high artistic standards.
EUROPAfest's Cultural Impact
Since 2005, EUROPAfest has been under the High Patronage of the Romanian Royal House, making it the first event in Romania to receive this prestigious distinction. The festival has also been recognized by the European Commission and the European Parliament through the EFFE – Europe’s Finest Festivals distinction. In 2025, it was awarded the "Custodian of the Romanian Crown" Medal during a special ceremony at Peleș Castle, presided over by Her Majesty Margareta. This accolade further solidifies Romania's position on the map of major international cultural events.
EUROPAfest is the only Romanian festival to have won the European Creative Europe competition, which included 1,000 projects from 27 EU member states and 12 invited countries. The festival continues to attract world-class artists and a sophisticated international audience, fostering cultural dialogue and memorable encounters between artists and audiences. In 226, the festival promises ten days of live music, unforgettable evenings at Luceafărul Hall, and an invitation for audiences to discover Bucharest as a city of international musical encounters.
Tickets are now available on iaBilet.ro, and music lovers can secure their seats for the concerts of EUROPAfest 33.
