Fenerbahçe’s head coach, Sarunas Jasikevicius, was critical of his team’s performance, stating, "Today, we weren't ourselves. Olympiakos played like Olympiakos, but Fenerbahçe didn't play like Fenerbahçe. We gave up easy points when we had some hope. They were much better than us. Many of our fans stayed outside. It's very sad for EuroLeague." Tarık Biberovic, Fenerbahçe’s leading scorer, echoed the disappointment, saying, "I am very sad. We came so far, and we are a better team than them. We were good in defense, holding them under 80 points, but it wasn't enough. I am very sad."

Fenerbahçe's Final Four History

This marks Fenerbahçe’s fourth time failing to reach the final in the EuroLeague Final Four. They won the title in 2017 and 2025 but finished as runners-up in 2016 and 2018. After failing to reach the final in 2015, 2019, and 2024, they once again missed out this year in 2026.

Organizational Issues at Final Four

Cem Ciritçi, Fenerbahçe’s basketball department head, highlighted organizational issues, including problems with fan access and ticket loading. He criticized the EuroLeague's handling of the event, calling it the most disgraceful Final Four he had seen in recent years.
