Vatreni, Croatia's national football team, is gearing up for the World Cup! Preparations begin in Rijeka on May 25 and will continue with training camps in the United States. The team's first challenge will be against England in Dallas on June 17, followed by matches against Panama and Ghana.

After the list of players for the World Cup was announced by head coach Zlatko Dalić on Monday, formal preparations for the tournament will kick off on May 25 in Rijeka. During the preparations, the team will have two friendly matches. On June 2, they will face Belgium at Rujevica in Rijeka, and five days later, they will play against Slovenia in Varaždin.

On June 9, the Croatian team will travel to Alexandria, Virginia, near Washington, D.C., where they will spend time during the group stage of the World Cup. The first test at the World Cup will be on June 17 in Dallas against England, followed by a match against Panama in Toronto on June 23, and four days later, a match against Ghana in Philadelphia.
