Al Nassr was narrowly defeated by Gamba Osaka in the AFC Champions League final, with a score of 1-0. Despite Ronaldo's efforts, he could not make a significant impact on the game and was awarded a low rating of 6.2.

Ronaldo, at 41, had a chance to celebrate two trophies on the same day, but his team's failure to secure the league title has left him disappointed. In the last match of the season, Al Nassr will face Damac, while Al Hilal will play against Al-Fayha. Al Nassr needs a victory to secure the league title, currently leading by just two points.

Since joining Al Nassr in 2022, Ronaldo has missed out on at least 14 trophies. An own goal from his goalkeeper almost ended his dream of winning a title this season. Following the match, Ronaldo posted a motivational message on social media, encouraging his teammates to push through the tough times.
