The Cibona basketball team secured their place in the semifinals of the Croatian Basketball Championship after defeating Dubrava 92-87 (23-26, 23-23, 24-17, 22-21) in the decisive third game of their quarterfinal series. Žan Mark Šiško led Cibona with 18 points, followed by Renato Serdarušić with 16 points, while Mateo Čolak scored 23 for Dubrava.

The game was highly competitive, with the outcome decided in the final seconds. Justin Roberson of Cibona was particularly calm under pressure, making crucial free throws. Meanwhile, Domagoj Vuković and Lovre Gnjidić of Dubrava missed key shots. Vuković missed a crucial free throw at 84-84, and Gnjidić missed a free throw with Cibona leading 88-85, 35 seconds before the end.

In the final 9.3 seconds, Cibona led 88-87. Roberson then made two free throws to give Cibona a 90-87 lead. Wright attempted a last-second three-point shot to tie the game but missed, and Roberson rebounded the ball, making two more free throws to secure Cibona's victory at 92-87.

Cibona will now face Split, who defeated Zabok 2-0, in the semifinals. The first game will be played on Friday in Zagreb. The team to win two games first will advance to the finals.

The other semifinal matchup is between Zadar and Dubrovnik, with their first game also scheduled for Friday.
