Sixteen mixed teams, forged from boys and girls under 14 across the city’s primary schools, will clash under official FIBA 3x3 rules. Every dribble, every shot, every defensive stand will be broadcast live on TV Arena sport. Why? Because the future of Serbian basketball is being written in real-time. Bulut knows the stakes. More Than Just a Game

Novi Sad holds the prestigious title of European Capital of Sport 2026. This tournament is the beating heart of that legacy. Bulut’s vision is clear: to pass the torch. "I am truly proud that through this project we are creating opportunities for new generations of boys and girls to dream big, play basketball, and develop true sports values," Bulut declared. He sees the spark in their eyes and wants to fan it into a flame. This event is the first of many summer initiatives organized alongside the BG 3x3 league, designed to make 3x3 basketball irresistible to the youth.

While planting seeds for the future, Bulut’s eyes are also fixed on the present glory of the national team. Watching Serbia compete at the World Championship in Poland, he sees a squad ready to dominate. "Our selection looks very strong. They stand out in quality. They are well-drilled and tactically the best team at the championship," he assessed. The addition of Milutinović, a sharpshooter and defensive specialist, has refreshed their game.
