The Bulgarian biathlon A team has begun their preparation for the 2026-2027 season with a training camp in Troyan. The national team, led by coach Robert Kabukov and assistant trainer Miroslav Ivanov, has commenced winter training with athletes Milena Todorova, Laura Hristova, Maria Zdravkova, Raia Ajamova, Vladimir Iliev, Vasil Zashev, Georgi Georgov, and Georgi Naumov.
Simultaneously, the B team plans to start their preparation for the new season with a training camp from next Monday, May 25, in Sapareva Banya.
The post-Olympic competitive season officially begins with the first World Cup starts from November 26 to 29 in Kontiolahti, Finland.
