The women's basketball team from Brod Na Savi has secured their first-ever national title in club history, dominating the Croatian Championship. In the final series, they defeated Šibenik 3-0, with the third match played on Tuesday in Slavonski Brod ending with a score of 92-59.
As in the previous two matches of the final series, Brod Na Savi's players convincingly outperformed their opponents. The question of who would win was settled within the first 10 minutes, with Brod Na Savi leading by 22 points. Key players for Brod Na Savi included Kiara Jackson with 18 points, Klara Rimarčuk with 16 points, and Iva Slonjšak who scored 15 points, along with 8 assists and 7 rebounds. Bendu Yeaney led Šibenik with 19 points.
Across the three final matches, Brod Na Savi outscored Šibenik by an impressive 93 points.
