The Bulgarian Football Federation (BFS) has supported Stilian Petrov's "Game of Hope" by purchasing 500 tickets for the event and distributing them to football schools in Burgas and the surrounding region. The match will take place on June 6 at the Lazur Stadium in Burgas, with the proceeds going towards the treatment of former Bulgarian national athletes and selectors, including Petar Hubchev and Lyuboslav Penev, who are battling cancer.

This initiative comes after the national team's return from Indonesia, where former national player Alexander Alexandrov-Krivia, now working with BFS, suggested that Stilian Petrov might have a guilty conscience for organizing such charitable matches.

Evidently, BFS leadership does not entirely agree with the talent scout's opinion regarding Petrov's motives and believes that his conscience is clear.
