Arbeloa's Final Match at Real Madrid

Álvaro Arbeloa will lead the final match of the season for Real Madrid against Athletic Bilbao on Saturday, marking the end of an era. Following the match, Jose Mourinho is expected to take over the club.

Arbeloa expressed his emotional connection to the club, stating, "I hope this is just a farewell as this will always be my home. I have been with Real Madrid for 20 years in various roles, and this will always be my home. Tomorrow is my last match at Real, and I don't know if it will be my last as a coach."

Honoring Dani Carvajal

The match will be a special moment for Dani Carvajal, described by Arbeloa as a symbol of everything a Real Madrid player should embody.

"He is a club kid, has been here since the beginning, and is a pride for all Madridistas. Tomorrow, he will start the match, and I am sure the entire stadium will rise when I substitute him. He will have a beautiful tribute for all he has done for Real Madrid," Arbeloa explained, adding that Carvajal is one of the best defenders of all time.

Vinicius' participation, however, is uncertain. "He received club permission for personal reasons, and we don't know if he will be able to play tomorrow," said Arbeloa.

Looking Ahead

Arbeloa reflected on his four months with the club and his future prospects, particularly with Mourinho's potential arrival.

"Mou has a fantastic core. If he comes to Real Madrid, he will bring his own team, and there is no possibility that I will be part of it. From Monday, I will have to think about what is best for me," Arbeloa concluded.
