The Acropolis Swim Open concluded at the OAKA, with Apostolos Christou and Nicol Maior securing the top spots in the overall rankings.

Apostolos Christou, a swimmer for Olympiacos, continued his streak of dominating major Greek meets, finishing first with 1839 points. His performance at the OAKA was impressive, leaving behind names that are no strangers to competitive swimming.

Second place went to Apostolos Siskos of AA Asterias with 1800 points, only 39 points behind Christou. This narrow margin underscores the high level of competition and the consistent performance required to reach the top of the rankings.

Further down, Emil Vincent of Auvergne Raest and Vangelis Makrygiannis of AO Falirou took third and fourth places, with 1726 and 1716 points respectively. The close scores among the top four athletes serve as a strong indicator of the quality of Greek swimming as the season progresses.

The women's competition was equally tight. Nicol Maior of AO Falirou claimed the top spot with 1667 points. Following her were Georgiana Damasiotou (1649 points), Artemis Vasilaki (1647 points), and Anna Doudounaki (1645 points), with just a 22-point gap from first to fourth place.

The Acropolis Swim Open not only highlighted individual winners but also showcased the narrow gap between swimmers who are serious contenders. The event provided valuable time, points, and a sense that the battle for positions, limits, and readiness is just beginning.

In the coaches' rankings, Panagiotis Belendzas and Fani Garini topped the overall rankings with 1839 points, while the top Greek coaches were Georgios and Dimitris Damasiotis with 52 points.
