American renovator Justus Reid has completed his transformation of a Croatian house that he bought for just €5,000, turning it into a modern home. The project, which took place in Hrvatsko Zagorje, Croatia, garnered significant regional attention. Initially, few believed he would be able to transform the dilapidated property into a home that now resembles something from a catalog, but Reid succeeded.

In his latest video on social media, Reid informed his followers that the renovation of the house is finally complete. However, he also revealed some surprising new plans. He announced that in addition to the renovated house, he has also purchased another house and a bunker, all in the same street.

"My house for €5,000 is finished. Do you know what that means? Before I show you the next thing, there are a few final details. The fireplace area is on the edge of the cliff, and I didn't want anyone to fall. The guys from one company had an idea and came practically every weekend to finish the gabions. The gabion baskets are the best," he explained.

Reid added that after completing the gabion walls, he added more stones around the fireplace area, making the entire environment much more pleasant and warmer.

The Path to the House as the Biggest Project

Then came, as he put it, the biggest project—the path to the house.

"My neighbors Patrik and Mladen managed to do absolutely everything themselves. Although only a small section is completed, the area around the house is now completely organized," he recounted.

Over the next few days, he meticulously cleaned and organized every corner to remove all traces of the work.

"I promised not to shave or shave my hair until the house was completed. It's been 11 months," he said with laughter, showing the transformation of his appearance after shaving and hair removal.

He reminded followers that over 104 episodes, they could watch as the abandoned house, swallowed by the forest and forgotten by time, became a fully renovated home.

However, this is not the end. He announced a major YouTube documentary that will detail the entire renovation and answer the most frequently asked questions, including how much it all cost him in the end.

He added that in the future, he plans to build a fence around the entire property, complete the road, and connect the house to the water and electrical systems.

Purchased New Properties

Then came the new surprise.

"400 meters from here, through the forest, I bought another house for €3,000. Behind that tree, I also bought a bunker for €8,000. Three properties in the same street," he said, intriguing his followers with the question of what he will do next.

"The end of one era and the beginning of a new one," he concluded.
