Denis Alibec has lashed out at his teammates following Farul Constanța's home loss to Metaloglobus by a score of 0-1, a result that has pushed the team into relegation playoffs in the Superliga. The forward, brought back to the team by Gică Hagi, considers the defeat at the Ovidiu stadium deeply shameful, particularly given that the team was once a recent champion in Liga 1.

Alibec did not hold back and directly attacked his fellow players after the humiliating home loss, which resulted in a relegation playoff. He catalogued the failure as shameful, especially considering that the team, recently managed by Gică Hagi, had won the championship not long ago.

"This is our current level. It's shameful to lose the last match, they played with half a team. We had support, from everyone, from family, from fans, we prepared, and we couldn't even get a point at home. We apologize, but we haven't been relegated yet. We hope to have two great playoff matches. Who can we blame? We are to blame, the players. We couldn't even score at home with a vacationing team.
