Bulgarian alpine skiing star Albert Popov is switching to a new brand after #15 years with HEAD. In a recent Instagram post, Popov expressed his gratitude to the company for believing in him, a boy from a small country like Bulgaria. "We shared incredible moments and achieved great heights in my career, including the second World Cup victory for Bulgaria in history. After 15 unforgettable years together, it's time for a new chapter. Thank you for everything. Something new is coming, stay tuned," wrote Popov.

Popov won the World Topolino Cup as a child and has been a prominent figure in Bulgarian skiing. His move comes as other elite alpine skiers, such as Slovenian Jan Kranec and Croatian Filip Zubčić, have also announced their switches to Nordica for the new season.
