Usyk, who boasts an undefeated record of 24-0 with 15 knockouts, tipped the scales at 227 lbs for his most recent bout, a fifth-round stoppage of Daniel Dubois in July of last year. Verhoeven, a kickboxer making his second boxing appearance, weighed in at 269 lbs for his only previous boxing bout, a 2014 knockout of Janos Finfera.
