Following the official confirmation of the UFC Fight Night at Belgrade Arena on August 1st, speculations have begun about who will take part in the Serbian event.
As we previously reported, the arena will witness the debuts of Jovana Leke and Vlasta Čep on the world's biggest stage. Additionally, a well-known regional figure will also make an appearance at the largest Serbian venue.
According to unofficial sources, Croatian heavyweight Ante Delija (26-8) will face experienced Brazilian fighter Dzony Voker (22-10).
This will be Delija's fourth appearance in the top global promotion, providing him with an opportunity to end a streak of two consecutive losses. In his last fight, he lost to Sergiy Spivak, and before that, he had a controversial match against Valdir Korteza-Acosta. In his UFC debut, Delija previously defeated Marcin Tybura.
Voker, on the other hand, will be transitioning to the heavyweight division in his 17th UFC bout, having previously competed in the light heavyweight division. He has recorded eight wins and eight losses in the UFC, with one bout ending in a "no contest."
No matter the outcome, a spectacular evening awaits at Belgrade Arena, as we eagerly anticipate the regional stars who will be in action.
