A significant part of the festival will be two major cycling events on May 9 and 10. Mayor Velin Terziev will be participating in the events, showcasing his support for the cycling community and the city's role in hosting such a high-profile event.
The Giro d'Italia, often referred to simply as "Giro," is one of the three Grand Tours in professional road bicycle racing, alongside the Tour de France and the Vuelta a España.
