“Sunny Beach” AD Continues Property Inspections: Identifies Unlawfully Used Properties
“Sunny Beach” AD has been conducting regular geodetic recording activities of its property in the "East" zone of the resort complex, as part of its long-term real estate management policy. During this current phase, five properties owned by “Sunny Beach” AD, situated near the hotels “Globus,” “Phoenix,” and “Pomorie,” have been identified as being used without legal authorization.
