The basketball players of Red Star will face their eternal rivals Partizan in the first semi-final playoff game of the ABA League on Monday at 8:00 PM.

Saša Obradović, the head coach of Red Star, addressed the media one day before the match against the black-and-whites:

"It doesn't matter who is in a better position, in a lower rhythm, or which players are injured; it's always 50-50, and we know that. Even when Red Star was the best, we lost, and sometimes we won. History has shown there are no favorites. Good energy and mental presence will decide the winner," Obradović stated.

"The previous game was marked by Partizan's defenders, and we talked about how to better control them. It's all about communication. Against a challenging opponent like Cedevita, it might not be so bad to play against them. Where they could have had rest days, we had games, so our focus was there. Better preparation or more days spent in preparation might help, but we know what decides the winner," concluded Obradović.
