A major scandal erupted in Poland following a match between Korona Kielce and Warta Włocławek. After the game, which Korona won 1-0, Warta players approached their fans, who were berating them for their poor performance in the final two matches. Among these players was Sebastijan Bergijer, who then made a provocative gesture that caused a stir.

Bergijer grabbed his groin and gestured in a highly inappropriate manner toward the fans, causing chaos on the stands. The video of his actions quickly went viral on social media, forcing Bergijer to issue a public apology.

"I apologize to all fans for my behavior after the match on Friday. It was unacceptable and unbecoming of a professional footballer. I am sorry for what I did, which was the result of the constant pressure, emotions, and frustration after the loss. In Kielce, we were provoked multiple times from the stands, but that does not justify my actions. I always fight with all my strength on the field and give my all. I promise that the team and I will do everything to win the last match and ensure Warta stays in the Ekstraklasa," Bergijer stated.
