Norwegian goalkeeper Sander Tangvik will long remember his debut for HSV. Tangvik shone in his first match, making seven saves, including a penalty. Croatian defender Luka Vušković celebrated Tangvik's success with great enthusiasm, as mentioned by the HSV hero following the 1-1 draw against Bayer Leverkusen.

After the match, Tangvik described the celebration with Vušković during an interview with Sky. "He's a madman," said the Norwegian about his Croatian teammate. "He hit me in the head with my gloves," Tangvik vividly described the situation, which can be seen in the video linked here.

"An Unbelievable Match"

Tangvik immediately clarified, "Of course, everyone is happy for me. I am happy I could make my debut today. It was an unbelievable match. I am very happy."

Tangvik arrived at HSV during the winter transfer window as a replacement for Peretz. Prior to this match, the Norwegian had been standing in for first-choice goalkeeper Daniel Heuer Fernandes.

Tangvik's performance and the exuberant celebration by Vušković added to the excitement of the game, showing the strong camaraderie within the team.
