The movement of vehicles on several streets and boulevards in Plovdiv will be restricted on Sunday, May 10, between 5:00 and 14:30, to allow the passage of the third stage of the Giro d'Italia cycling race through the city, according to the company "Transport Organization and Control."

Closure Details

  • Boulevard "Tsar Boris III Unifier," from the intersection with Boulevard "Hristo Botev" to the intersection with Boulevard "Bulgaria";
  • Boulevard "Bulgaria," from the intersection with Boulevard "Tsar Boris III Unifier" to the roundabout with Road II-86;
  • Street "Ivan Vazov," from Central Square to the roundabout with Boulevard "Russian";
  • Street "Avksentiy Velishki," from the intersection with Boulevard "Hristo Botev" to the intersection with Street "Bulair";
  • Street "Bulair," from the intersection with Street "Avksentiy Velishki" to the intersection with Street "Tsar Asen";
  • Street "Tsar Asen," from the intersection with Street "Bulair" to the intersection with Street "Tsanko Dostabanov";
  • Street "Tsanko Dostabanov," from the intersection with Boulevard "Tsar Boris III Unifier" to the intersection with Street "Tsar Asen."

All streets and boulevards intersecting these sections will also be closed in the intersection areas during the same time period.
