Hristo Yanev: We Choose to Fall Today, but Win the Cup on Wednesday
Hristo Yanev, coach of CSKA Sofia, congratulated Levski on their 2-0 victory. Yanev is categorical that his team must focus only on the Cup final against Lokomotiv Plovdiv on Wednesday.

"We must be realistic and congratulate the winners. Levski outmatched us physically in the first 20 minutes. The second goal broke our momentum, but this should not be fatal for us. We have a goal and we will pursue it to the end. When we play such a packed schedule, we try to use all our players. We came out with an optimal lineup today, but it's clear that the rhythm is disrupted. This is the toughest program CSKA has had in the last 15 years. We are in a series of games against Levski, Ludogorets, and CSKA 1948. We have the Eternal Derby before the two most important matches. We need to win on Wednesday and play in Europe. We need to recover fully and stay focused. If I have to choose between falling today and winning on Wednesday, I choose the latter," Yanev said.
This is exactly the attitude CSKA needs right now. Winning the cup could be a game-changer, but they need to focus and not get distracted. Do you think CSKA has what it takes to turn things around and win the cup?
