Galatasaray is parting ways with Noa Lang, Yaser Asprilla, and Sacha Boey, who were brought in on loan mid-season. The club is set to thank the trio for their contributions as the season comes to an end.

Sacha Boey and Noa Lang

Both Sacha Boey and Noa Lang wore the Galatasaray jersey for the final time in the match against Kasımpaşa, which took place last night.

According to a report in NTV Spor, while Galatasaray would have liked to continue with both players, the high purchase options of 15 million Euros for Boey and 30 million Euros for Lang have made this financially unfeasible for the club.

Asprilla’s Farewell

Yaser Asprilla, who did not feature in the Kasımpaşa match, will also be leaving the club definitively. The Colombian winger, whose purchase option stands at 23 million Euros, will be returning to Girona.

Okan Buruk Stresses Foreign Player Rule

In a post-match statement, Okan Buruk acknowledged that both Boey and Lang had been beneficial to the team but expressed frustration with the foreign player rule. Buruk said, "You have to make choices. Both players were beneficial to us. They were the players we wanted to bring in. But with the new foreign player rule, we don’t know what to do or how to plan our squad. It’s a tough situation to navigate."
