CFR Cluj drew 0-0 with Dinamo at the Arcul de Triumf, securing the crucial point needed for their group to qualify for the UEFA Conference League. At the end of the match, Daniel Pancu, the coach of CFR Cluj, showed two crosses to the Dinamo fans who had been hurling abuse at him.

CFR Cluj drew with Dinamo in the ninth round of the playoff and secured the necessary point for qualification to the Conference League. After the final whistle from referee Sebastian Colțescu, Daniel Pancu, the coach of CFR Cluj, was targeted by the red and white supporters. Despite not reacting initially, as he was about to enter the tunnel leading to the locker room, he showed them two crosses.

At the press conference following the match, Daniel Pancu explained his gesture: “(n.r. - What did you show to the Dinamo fans?) I saw that they continued to insult me and call me a gypsy, just like they do at every stadium. This is a problem with the Rapid fans, not just with me, and it happens everywhere. I showed them two crosses, meaning ‘go to Hell, Satan!’”
