Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanović has secured a place in the final of the Challenger tournament in Valencia, defeating Alejandro Tabilo with a score of 2-0. This is Kecmanović's fourth Challenger final in his career and his first since 2018. He will compete for his third title, which is the most prestigious in this series as it comes from the new category of 175.
Kecmanović overcame Tabilo in a match that lasted just over an hour, with the scores 7-6(0), 6-3. By reaching the final, Kecmanović has ensured that he will be the second-best Serbian tennis player on the ATP rankings list, moving to 54th position and surpassing Hamada Mededović by one spot and just one point. If he wins the title, he will rise to 48th in the world rankings.
This is huge for Miomir! A fourth Challenger final and potentially a third title. Can he keep this momentum and start climbing the ATP rankings? Let’s hope so!
