Botew Plovdiv 1:0 Black Sea
Botew Plovdiv and Black Sea ended their 35th-round match in the efbet Liga with a final score of 1-0. Simeon Petrov scored the only goal of the match in the 21st minute, securing a home victory for Botew.
The match was inconsequential for Botew, who have lost their chances for a top-five or top-six finish, which would have qualified them for European competitions. This occurred following three consecutive losses in the championship to the remaining teams in the second quartet.
The game began with an early, but unsuccessful, shot by Selsso. In the 9th minute, Carlos Meoti made an impressive center into the penalty area. Chimessi Williams was left unmarked by Black Sea's defense but failed to overcome goalkeeper Christian Tomov with a close-range shot. Tomov made a brilliant save.
In the 19th minute, Tomov made his second key intervention, blocking a shot from Nickola Iliev from a free kick.
Two minutes later, Botew took the lead. A beautiful corner from Nickola Iliev found Simeon Petrov completely alone in the penalty area. The defender leaped over everyone and headed the ball into the net.
