Peter Bosz (62), the coach of PSV Eindhoven, has extended his contract until 2028, but he has an agreement that allows him to leave if a club like Barcelona or Manchester City makes an offer. Bosz, who recently signed a new contract with PSV until the summer of 2028 and has won the league title three times with the club, revealed this during an appearance on "NOS Studio Voetbal."

"You never know," Bosz explained, clarifying that it would apply to clubs like Barcelona or Manchester City. He confirmed that he and the PSV board have an agreement that such an extraordinary transfer would be subject to discussion. "We have deals," the coach said, who has key player Ivan Perišić on his team.

Netherlands National Team Not Included

The successful coach added that the Dutch national team does not fall under these exceptions. "We have not agreed on that. But I'm very well in PSV, and that's why I extended my contract for two more years," he said.

However, Bosz acknowledged that he would seriously consider a call to manage the national team if the Dutch Football Association (KNVB) approached him following Ronald Koeman's departure after the World Cup. The future of Koeman on the national team position is currently unclear. "KNVB has the right to do so, but I couldn't wait," Bosz said.

Friendship with Cruyff and Ajax's Silence

Bosz, who led Ajax in the 2016/2017 season, also revealed in the program that sports director of the Amsterdam club, Jordi Cruyff, never tried to bring him back. Bosz, who is on good terms with Cruyff, relayed his words: "He told me: 'I did not do that on purpose because I see that you are doing well at PSV'."
